Do you ever feel like there isn’t enough time during the day to do all the things you want to do?
Have you ever taken the time, to actually sit down and break down your day, and see how your utilizing your time?
It sounds tedious, but it’s a really great exercise. When you actually break it down on paper, it helps you become aware of how you are spending your time, and if it’s truly alligned with what your priorities are.
