Well this smoothie tastes like a big old piece of Pumpkin Pie on Thanksgiving Day!!! Mmmm!!

Don’t let this sweet treat fool you, with the added greens, healthy fats, antioxidants, and protein, this baby packs a mean nutritional punch. This Green Monster will REV up your metabolism and fire up the engines, so your ready to tackle anything your day throws at you!!

Sweet potatoes are a great natural way to sweeten things up! They are loaded with antioxidants, B vitamins and vitamin C to name a few!!

What you’ll need:

-2 Cups of Cashew Milk

-2-3 Spoonfuls of Cooked Sweet Potato

-1 Scoop of Vanilla Vegan Protein- or Whey if you prefer

-1 TBS -Almond Butter

-Small Nugget of Fresh Ginger

-1 – 2 Spoonfuls-ish of Cinnamon- I Love a lot of Cinnamon – so add what you what you like

-Sprinkle of Nutmeg

-2 Heaping Handfuls of Spinach -3 Ice Cubs
