  • Steel cut oats
  • 2 Apples- sliced & cored. We like to use the honey crisps for the recipe
  • 1/4 Cup of walnuts
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp coconut oil- divided
  • 1 Tbs raw honey- or 2 tbs stevia
  • 1 Tbs vanilla

How to Prepare:

  • Make a pot of steel cut oats
  • Toast walnuts in a pan with 1 tbs coconut oil until brown
  • Dice up 2 apples into small pieces, and sautée in pan with 1 tbs coconut oil, and cinnamon, on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes or until brown.
  • Mix apples, 2 mashed bananas, walnuts, cinnamon, 1 tbs of honey, and 1 tbs of vanilla together.
