- Steel cut oats
- 2 Apples- sliced & cored. We like to use the honey crisps for the recipe
- 1/4 Cup of walnuts
- 1 Tbs cinnamon
- 2 Tsp coconut oil- divided
- 1 Tbs raw honey- or 2 tbs stevia
- 1 Tbs vanilla
How to Prepare:
- Make a pot of steel cut oats
- Toast walnuts in a pan with 1 tbs coconut oil until brown
- Dice up 2 apples into small pieces, and sautée in pan with 1 tbs coconut oil, and cinnamon, on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes or until brown.
- Mix apples, 2 mashed bananas, walnuts, cinnamon, 1 tbs of honey, and 1 tbs of vanilla together.
