To get the most out of our weekly workouts we recommend that you purchase 2-3 Kettlebells. This is a great place to start. You can do a full body Kick Ass Workout with only 2 KB’s.
A lower weight for upper body, and Abs, and a heavier Bell for lower body.
Side Note: Having 2 Smaller Kettlebells is ideal- for arm work. So for example 2 -10 pound bells and 1 -30 pound bell.
Over time as you become stronger, we would recommend having a few different sized bells to switch it up, & challenge yourself, but 2-3 is a great place to start!
You can find Kettlebells pretty much everywhere now-a-days!! We love that they are becoming more main stream and accessible. You can find some great deals, at your local sporting good store, or even Target! Also check out Amazon has some pretty great prices also.
